POLICIES AND SHIPPING FAQ
For Retail Orders: Processing time is usually within 5 business days or during times of high volume (like a sale, Halloween or Christmas) 7-10 business days. An email will be sent to you with tracking information once the order has been picked up by the USPS.
International orders can take anywhere from 10 business days to 60 depending on your country and customs. Please be patient with worldwide shipping.
If your items arrive damaged or incorrect please contact us with a picture of the broken item so we can file a claim. We will refund the cost of the item. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Once your item is in the mail, we have no more information about your package than you do via the usps tracking number. If the package has been delayed during transit, we have no influence on shipping time frames and suggest you file a complaint with the post office.
If your item states delivered but you do not have it or it appears lost, please contact your local post office for further help. We are not able to offer more assistance unfortunately. The item is literally out of our hands. Most likely a mail person has simply left it on the truck or on a shelf and your local branch can find it. We can not offer replacements or refunds on packages that may have been stolen — if the USPS has marked your package “delivered” we trust that it has been left on your property or is in your possession. Please consider that when ordering— candles can arrive in large boxes and if you have issues in your area you may want to have them delivered to a secure location such as your work, family member or friends house.
For Wholesale: We love working with independent stores and specialty shops! To request pricing and details of available products please send an email with the Subject "Wholesale" with the following information:
- Your Name
- Store Name and Location
- A little summary about your shop & Your website or other social media link.
Please note because we are a small operation we have to be selective when choosing our partners simply to ensure we have product & time to accommodate orders, unfortunately we can not work with everyone at this point. We currently only work with Retail Stores and do not sell to online only boutiques, Salons, Tattoo Shops or other service industry locations at this time.
